Everything Everywhere All at Once encabeza los nominados a los 95 Premios de la Academia.
La película obtuvo 11 nominaciones, incluida la de mejor película, donde competirá junto con All Quiet on the Western Front, Avatar: The Way of Water, The Banshees of Inisherin, Elvis, The Fabelmans, Tár, Top Gun: Maverick, Triangle of Sadness y Women Talking.
Siguiendo a Everything Everywhere con la mayor cantidad de nominaciones están All Quiet on the Western Front y The Banshees of Inisherin con nueve cada uno, le sigue Elvis con ocho, The Fabelmans con siete, Tár y Top Gun: Maverick con seis cada uno y Black Panther: Wakanda Forever con cinco.
Riz Ahmed y Allison Williams revelaron los nominados a los Oscar 2023 en 23 categorías, que incluyen mejor película, mejor director, mejor guión original y adaptado, los premios para actor y actriz en papeles principales y secundarios, mejor canción y banda sonora y categorías técnicas como cinematografía, diseño de producción, sonido, edición cinematográfica y efectos visuales.
El anuncio de las nominaciones de la Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas se realizó el día de hoy martes 24 de enero, frente a una audiencia llena de integrantes de la prensa y publicistas por primera vez desde 2016, en el Teatro Samuel Goldwyn en Beverly Hills.
Jimmy Kimmel está listo para presentar los Oscar 2023, es la tercera vez que presenta la entrega de premios, con los veteranos del festival de trofeos televisados Glenn Weiss y Ricky Kirshner como productores.
Los premios del año pasado fueron memorables no solo por la entrega de los Oscar, sino también por la bofetada de Will Smith a Chris Rock y la controvertida decisión de presentar ocho categorías antes de la transmisión por televisión y las versiones editadas al aire de esos discursos. El CEO de New Academy, Bill Kramer, ha indicado que le gustaría que todas las categorías sean honradas durante el show en vivo de este año.
La 95.ª entrega de los Oscar se llevará a cabo el domingo 12 de marzo en el Dolby Theatre de Ovation Hollywood y se transmitirá en vivo por ABC.
